These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, purchase orders, sales, deliveries, and services provided by Smart Dolfin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Product specifications, dimensions, colours, photographs, illustrations, and technical information are provided for reference only. Smart Dolfin reserves the right to improve, modify, or discontinue products without prior notice. Minor manufacturing variations shall not be considered defects.
Where specified, Smart Dolfin products are manufactured and tested in accordance with applicable international safety standards relevant to the respective product category. Certifications apply only to products specifically tested and certified. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected products comply with the regulations and requirements of their intended country or application.

Orders are subject to acceptance by Smart Dolfin.
Payment terms shall be as stated in the quotation, purchase order confirmation, or invoice. Smart Dolfin reserves the right to suspend production, shipment, or delivery for overdue accounts.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Smart Dolfin shall not be liable for delays resulting from shipping lines, customs authorities, supplier delays, force majeure, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers in accordance with the agreed shipping terms or applicable Incoterms®️.
Any manufacturing defect or quality-related issue must be reported to Smart Dolfin via email within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Claims will only be considered for defects resulting from manufacturing or material faults. This policy does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, accidents, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, or operation by the customer or end user.
Smart Dolfin warrants its products against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions for the applicable warranty period.
The warranty does not cover:
Smart Dolfin’s liability under this warranty shall be limited, at its sole discretion, to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.
Smart Dolfin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, operational downtime, or any other economic loss arising from the use of its products.
Smart Dolfin’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the affected product.
Smart Dolfin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, war, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, port congestion, material shortages, supplier delays, or government actions.
All Smart Dolfin trademarks, logos, product names, catalogues, product designs, photographs, technical drawings, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Smart Dolfin and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Smart Dolfin and the customer regarding the sale of products and services and supersede all prior verbal or written communications relating thereto.
